Combating violence against women through awareness campaigns, education, and community engagement, promoting mutual respect and gender equality.
Chuppi Todo Abhiyan, launched in 2012, addresses violence against women and girls in India, challenging societal normalization of abuse. The campaign focuses on root causes: patriarchal mindsets, gender discrimination, and upbringing of boys.
It creates dialogue platforms in schools, colleges, workplaces, and communities. Over 10,000 individuals directly benefited, with 30,000+ indirectly reached through rallies, posters, street plays, and radio. The vision is to expand nationwide, promoting respect, equality, and shared responsibility between men and women.
